The service was excellent, and the location is incredibly convenient, just a 5-minute walk from Xuhui Plaza, my destination. I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel manager even thoughtfully left some fruit for me. The decor is also very clean and tidy, and the air conditioning in the room was already on when I arrived. Truly a wonderful experience.

Very polite staff, room was clean and the bed was incredibly soft. The service was impeccable and the location is convenient as it is right next to the LCM mall. I would absolutely recommend staying here again.

Service: The front desk service was excellent; they were always available to communicate and resolve any issues.
Facilities: The facilities are very comprehensive, and having a washing machine with a built-in dryer is a huge plus!
Environment: The soundproofing is excellent, the blackout curtains work perfectly, and the room lighting is also great.

Very clean. Right next to them is a big nice shopping mall. Alibaba supermarket is also there. Nice comfortable stay.
Nice amount of hot water for shower.
The only thing is i was able to smell someone smoked in the isle. Perhaps smoked in the room and left door open…
All staff are really nice, and subway station was close by.
If taking taxi to Disney, is only 3min.
