非常舒服舒適的酒店，早餐非常棒，房間很精緻，設施齊全，位置、距離都很方便，晚上從房間窗户就看到了極光，很好的體驗

房間有個客廳還蠻大的，客廳有沙發床，餐廳廚房都是連着的，廚房還有洗碗機的，蠻好。 出門走七八分鐘就有一個超市，買東西回來自己煮很方便 唯一的不足就是，如果客廳要睡人的話，那個窗簾不夠寬，擋不住外面的燈光，晚上睡覺有點亮

Amazing facilities and lovely staff. They gave me a free upgrade and also complimentary chocolate and a lovely hand written note waiting in the room. Would highly recommmend! The room itself was incredibly clean and big. The bed was insanely comfortable and large too.

Gorgeous hotel! Perfect location, spotlessly clean, and beautifully modern, all set in a truly lovely environment with a gorgeous view & an easy walk into town for dinner / drinks / shopping / tours etc. It had everything we needed and exceeded our expectations in every way – the spa is such a treat & breakfast with a stunning view each morning was just brilliant! It was our first time visiting Tromsø, and thanks to this hotel, it certainly won’t be our last! One of our all-time favourite trips—highly recommend! The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. So sad to leave, but already looking forward to coming back someday!

All the staff were friendly and welcoming. The apartment was great and even the welcome gift in the room of a bar of excellent Norwegian chocolate. Spa was great as was the buffet breakfast and dinner. I would recommend it and Tromso to anyone looking for a great holiday.

We stayed here for 3 nights and 2 days. Breakfast is good, with a great view! Staff are friendly. The room is cosy with a good view, the bed and pillows are comfortable, and the toilet floor is heated. The coffee machine with capsule is a nice touch, they also have a spa and sauna, but was not able to try it due to our busy tour schedule. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Attention travelers! The weather in Tromso is unpredictable and changes frequently. Our flight was cancelled at the last minute and we couldn't get to Tromso, just like many other travelers that day, because the airport was simply closed! We were hoping that the hotel would agree to postpone our stay, but they don't care! They didn't even reply to our email! I am shocked that this is how customers are treated in a civilized country!

Très bel hôtel, grande chambre et bonne literie. Le spa et la salle de musculation rien que pour nous. Le panorama du Skybar, restaurant peut vous laisser entrevoir des aurores.. Le personnel était très a l'écoute. Nous avons passé un excellent weekend. Merci

Muy lindo lugar, comida gurmet excelente, atención esmerada por parte de Maria Belén en recepción. La visita al restaurante linda vista y muy agradable lugar muy tranquilo. Nos atendieron muy bien. Pedro hizo un gran esfuerzo para complacernos y nos atendió en español. Estamos muy contentos con los servicios y atenciones. Muchas gracias.

Decent hotel, but very expensive for what it is. Our room was ok, had everything you needed, but for over £1000 for 4 days and with the 4 star review, i expected a lot better standard of room, it was small and very basic. The lighting was odd and was either all the lights on or the dimmest of lamps next to the bed to the point where i could not even read a book. Unfortunately there were renovations happening at the time which is fine if they hadn't started hammering and drilling at around 7:30am on 2 of the days. My other gripe was that although parking is available, it is not free and cost a frankly crazy £101 for 4 days this should be free IMO considering i paid over £1000 to stay. Restaurant however is excellent, great panoramic views of Tromso, staff are great and the hotel is clean.

Very hygienic facilities and kind personel. They have a swimming pool, steamcabine, hottub, and free coffee, thea and water. We were very relaxed after the visit. They work with timeperiods, so plan accordingly. 09:00 - 12:30 12:00 - 14:30 To name a few.

Un excellent hôtel à tout point de vue. Nous avons séjourné dans un de leurs appartements pendant une semaine. L'appartement était extrêmement propre, tout confort et design. Le spa est merveilleux et très peu fréquenté. Nous y avons été souvent seuls. L'équipe de l'hôtel est adorable, le personnel est toujours souriant et prêt à répondre à nos questions. Le petit-déjeuner est parfait et la vue sur les montagnes et le fjord est sublime. Des vacances idéales !

Chambres spacieuses avec cuisine bien équipée. Il manque cependant des armoires pour ranger les habits. Grand SPA, agréable, un peu trop de salles de repos par rapport aux 3 espaces…il faut réserver pour y aller. Petit déjeuner ok, il manque du vrai café. Jolie vue depuis le restaurant.
