Since our aim is to achieve and maintain a high standard of customer care, we are always grateful for client feedback and take your observations very seriously.As far as the room is concerned, we usually ask our guests to refer to the reception for any issue and our staff can promptly change the room or solve the issue during the stay but we did not receive any report from you.
