Famous Baked Pork Chop?

The Galaxy Restaurant in Sham Shui Po is renowned for its baked pork chop rice. It was once recommended by food critics and became highly sought after following coverage by online media personalities. The restaurant later announced its closure but reopened shortly after, becoming the Galaxy we know today. Admittedly, this is my first visit since its reopening. We ordered the baked pork chop rice and baked pork chop spaghetti. The lunch set came with soup—carrot soup with both green and red carrots. The flavor was decent, not bland, and there were no complaints. However, the signature baked pork chop rice still looks appealing, and while the pork chop is tender, it lacks flavor. The rice doesn’t seem to be fried rice as its base, though I might be mistaken. It’s said that the spaghetti is slightly better.
