Everybody loves sandos, but really good ones are hard to find. Good news for our peeps in Outram Park, 𝟰𝟲𝗠𝗶𝘁𝘁𝘀𝘂 will officially be opening their doors tomorrow at Everton Park. 🎉 The concept is started by three talented partners Sam, Jay and Marcus, who are also affiliated with a private dining concept @mittsudining. Occupying the now-defunct Pickle Bakery, the café continues the legacy of great food with their thickass, juicy sandwiches! 🥪 The team went for chill and rustic vibes, with an unconventional approach to dine-in with camping chairs and crates. Their menu features only sandos that are split into all-day breakfast and lunchtime selections which are heavier; each selection has its own protein. 🍗 We tried their 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗯𝗶𝗿𝗱, which is follows a Korean-inspired recipe of gochujang flying chicken, purple slaw and runny egg. The sando is MASSIVE, with a generous amount of hoisin sauce slathered all over. The chicken is juicy, mildly spicy and extremely flavourful. It can get quite messy, but that’s what Sam intended it to be - “if it isn’t messy, it’s not good enough”. 🐓 We also tried the 𝗕.𝗘.𝗖., which is the only sando recipe that they brought over from their previous outlet. “Bacon, Egg & Cheese” in short, this is probably the king of breakfast sandwiches, with melted stringy cheddar and fatty bacon jus. 🧀 Do mark the date and try them out yourself on their opening weekend! #singaporeguide#food
