Trying unique flavors of Zhajiangmian in Taipei

I always thought they served Korean-style Zhajiangmian, but after visiting, I found it to be a mix of Chinese and Korean flavors. The restaurant offers a diverse menu, including even Hong Kong-style dim sum! Wang Li Shi Zhajiangmian has been on my list for a long time. Located near Tonghua Street Night Market, the dining space is a bit small, but the presentation and quality of the dishes are quite good. However, the portions are relatively small, and the prices are on the higher side. Overall, it wasn’t entirely to my taste. The seasoning of the Zhajiangmian suits Taiwanese palates well, but it’s different from the typical Zhajiangmian you’d find at local noodle shops. It’s quite enjoyable! During lunchtime, many office workers come here to eat.
