It’s a fantastic hotel , the reception is also pretty good sales , the restaurants are nice , but I would definitely go on a glass factory trip rather than the boat around tour , maybe stay for 2 more nights to enjoy some concerts ,

Für den Preis (275€ pro Tag) habe ich mehr Komfort erwartet. Klo Spülung war defekt, musste mehrmals hintereinander gedrückt werden um gestoppt zu werden. Kein Spiegel im Zimmer. Im Bad hing der Spiegel sehr hoch und das breite alte Waschbecken Unterbau lies keine Möglichkeit sich in dem Spiegel gut schminken zu können. Für eine Frau total ungeschickt. Kaum Sonnenlicht im Zimmer möglich, da vor dem Fenster Publikumsverkehr und Restaurant. Durch die dunkle Decke noch dazu eine bedrückende Atmosphäre. Ich war nicht glücklich mit der Buchung.

在這個酒店住了兩個晚上，非常安靜的酒店，前台非常有素質，衹是寄存行李需要另外付費，意大利都需要，早餐也非常好！

We had a lovely room with a view of the canal and so many things to do so close by! Don't worry that there is no elevator as they gladly assist with luggage. Folks at the front desk are very friendly, engaged, and helpful. Better signage for where to check-in would be helpful...we walked right past it. The one downside is that it is a bit of a walk from the ferry stop when you're pulling luggage and you have to cross a bridge with steps. Otherwise - great place!

The rooms are very clean, the workera are very helpfull. Beautifuk view.. The only negative thing was that the it was very warm 🥲

Хороший отель с чистым и уютным номером . Так как бронировали сразу 2 номера , то в качестве бонуса нам дали улучшенные номера с красивым видом .

Everything was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay. We will come back for sure!

Can't really find a fault with this hotel. Ice cold air conditioning was so welcome in the 34degree heat of Venice. Location is fantastic. The room was spacious, bathroom had a double shower. If I ever come back to Venice I will stay here
